LG was the first manufacturer to launch a mobile format 18: 9 last year, ahead of Samsung, Xiaomi or even Apple, since the G6 with FullVision technology was presented at the MWC in Barcelona. Today we see that after launching the Q6 to the market, has wanted to continue expanding its catalog in the mid-range, launching the new LG Q6 Plus and Q6 Alfa.
The Q6 has been as proof of contact for LG. It was the first manufacturer to officially incorporate the midrange manner with a terminal exceeding EUR 300 by design, something that surpasses the majority of existing brands. In the section on features, yes we have seen that some brands have surpassed them, but gradually, with Iran taking versions, like today, they will improve this.
Characteristics of LG Q6 Plus and LG Q6 Alpha
We have to say that these terminals are practically the same as the LG Q6 with different versions of RAM and storage. The first thing is to highlight its FullHD + screen with 18: 9 format that makes it stand out in the mid-range, with the first mobile being all screen at the time for a price range of less than 500 euros.
On this occasion, we have not seen any double cameras. LG is committed to a 13-megapixel rear camera, while the front is 5 megapixels and has a wide angle of 100 degrees, which is the hallmark of the company.
Other details to comment is that has a Snapdragon 435, Qualcomm processorfor midrange. Go to market with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, and still do not know when updated to Android version of Oreo, but we assume that at least a few months yet to see that LG has not updated G6. Its batteries are 3000 mAh.
So, what differences do you have with the LG Q6?
Only in the storage and RAM versions. The original LG Q6 came out with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, but these two terminals have between 2 and 4 GB of RAM. The Alfa version has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage and will be available in Platinum color, and the Plus version has 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM and will only be sold in blue.
The entire range will start at 299 euros, that is to say that the Alfa version, which is the most basic, will have that price, while the Plus version will surely remain at 399 euros seeing that the Q6 right now is at 349 euros on the official website.
