The applications must be constantly updated so as not to be left behind in terms of design and functionality. According to a report published by Android Police, Spotify is doing the same and tests a new interface for Android.
The published images show a cleaner style and that promises to be easier and more intuitive to use, with a simpler presentation of the lists and an increase in the size of the elements that make up the interface.
Among the main changes highlights a new form of navigation , based on three buttons at the bottom, which replace the five we know today and corresponding to the sections: Your library, Home and Search.
The options that disappear are Radio and Explore , which could annoy those who use them, but the new design makes the interface simpler and easier to understand.
On the other hand, in the search tab it takes better advantage of the available space and its new design allows to show more information, such as musical genres.
Another noticeable change is in the way in which the lists of reproduction are displayed , the saved songs and the recommended albums, since all these sections show larger icons, which makes the interface look more attractive.
