WhatsApp telephony application will stop working in certain models of cell in the coming days, as reported by the company.
As of December 31, it will be impossible to use this application on BlackBerry OS and BlackBerry operating system phones; and in Windows Phone 8.0 or earlier models. Within a year, it will stop working on Nokia S40 cell phones; and in February 2020, it will be disabled for Android version 2.3.7 or lower.
In the case of the iPhone, WhatsApp requires the operating system iOS 7 or later. You can try to update your operating system, although you must remember that, if your cell phone is old, it will work worse, as recognized by the manufacturer Apple. For phones with the Android operating system, you must have at least version 2.3.3 or later.
